Netgear WG602

How to Factory Reset the Netgear WG602 Wi-Fi Wireless Router

  1. Unplug your router.
  2. Find the location of the factory reset button on your WG602 router.
  3. Plug in your WG602 to power it on.
  4. Press and hold in the reset button for 15 seconds.
  5. Wait 2-3 minutes until your router has fully reset and restarted.
  6. You can now access your WG602 using the factory default IP address and username / password.

NOTE: If the factory (also known as hard) reset button on your Netgear WG602 is too small to push with your finger, try using an object such as the tip of a paper clip. This is often the best way to press the reset button on Netgear routers.
