How to Factory Reset the TP-Link Archer AX50 Wi-Fi Wireless Router
- Unplug your router.
- Find the location of the factory reset button on your Archer AX50 router.
- Plug in your Archer AX50 to power it on.
- Press and hold in the reset button for 10 seconds.
- Wait 2-3 minutes until your router has fully reset and restarted.
- You can now reconfigure your router using the default credentials.
NOTE: If the factory (also known as hard) reset button on your TP-Link Archer AX50 is too small to push with your finger, try using an object such as the tip of a paper clip.
This is often the best way to press the reset button on TP-Link routers.
TP-Link Archer AX50 Default Login Credentials
After performing a factory reset, your TP-Link Archer AX50 will be restored to its default settings. Use the following credentials to access the router’s admin panel:
- Default IP Address: 192.168.0.1
- Default Username: admin
- Default Password: admin
Open a web browser and navigate to 192.168.0.1 or http://tplinkwifi.net to access the TP-Link Archer AX50 setup wizard.
