How to Factory Reset the TP-Link Archer AX50 Wi-Fi Wireless Router

  1. Unplug your router.
  2. Find the location of the factory reset button on your Archer AX50 router.
  3. Plug in your Archer AX50 to power it on.
  4. Press and hold in the reset button for 10 seconds.
  5. Wait 2-3 minutes until your router has fully reset and restarted.
  6. You can now reconfigure your router using the default credentials.

NOTE: If the factory (also known as hard) reset button on your TP-Link Archer AX50 is too small to push with your finger, try using an object such as the tip of a paper clip.

This is often the best way to press the reset button on TP-Link routers.
