How to Factory Reset the Netgear WNR2200 Wi-Fi Wireless Router

  1. Make sure your Netgear WNR2200 is powered on.
  2. Locate the factory reset button on the back of the WNR2200 router.
  3. Using a paper clip or similar pointed object, press and hold the reset button for at least 7 seconds.

  5. You can now reconfigure your WNR2200 using the default credentials below.

NOTE: If the factory (also known as hard) reset button on your Netgear WNR2200 is too small to push with your finger, try using an object such as the tip of a paper clip.
